• PROCESS

When appropriate, Dr. DeYoung often collaborates with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support clients across home, school, and community settings. In addition to addressing target symptoms, therapy may also address relationships, emotional regulation, life transitions, and the impact of complex trauma.

Treatment begins with a comprehensive 2-hour intake session to better understand clients’ backgrounds, current concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy.

Ongoing therapy sessions are 50 minutes and are typically scheduled weekly, with flexibility to adjust frequency based on client needs.
